I realy want to thank you for all of the help and extra time you spent with us. It made the process go so easy. I really appreciated your honestly when looking around and it always felt like you wouldn't put us in a place that you wouldn't live in yourself. We moved all of our junk in this past Saturday and there are tons of boxes everywhere. I want to thank you so much for the flowers and gift card to Bed, Bath and Beyond. It was such a surprise when we opened the card. It's already been put to use on some new bedding. We really appreciated it. Thanks again. This note is SO long overdue and I know we have told you how much we appreciated your help, but I wanted you to have it in writing. Looking back on this past year, I can't believe how smoothly our move has gone and a huge part of that was the help you provided us in being our Realtor. Steve and I still pat ourselves on the back for choosing you!! Diane, you were such a breath of fresh air. Your professionalism, eye for detail, superb communication skills and your knowledge of the market was such a blessing. We enjoyed all 34 days of it. Even when it became tense in the end, you were so calm while negotiating for us (while sitting on boxes in our 120 degree kitchen). Now that I am working in the real estate industry, I appreciate what you did for us even more! In a tough market, with competition all around us, you got the job don.
